In the summer of 2016, we decided to evolve the GusmanBremner name into GB Agency. The reason was simple – we had moved to an agency set up and more clients were needing advertising and design. What we didn’t have was a website that reflected the quality of work we produce.
Just like the way we work with clients, we approached a new website as a project and gave it some of the GB design love. That meant taking a step back and really thinking about what we wanted to achieve. We need a fully responsive (of course) site that was simple and clean, but that showed our artistic creativity and allowed us to change the site fundamentally very often. Crucially, it needed to be different. We wanted to show that WordPress didn’t have to mean one long page with endless scrolling and widgets that make many sites look similar. Finally, it needed to showcase our work.
What we have is a site that doesn’t have any copy on the home page at all. Every section is represented by an image, many of which we photographed ourselves. Over the months ahead, as we go about our everyday lives, we will notice scenes and capture them and then put them on the site, so the homepage will be ever changing.
Please take a look around and let us know what you think. We love to hear from you at help@gb.agency
